Scarlett was born at 33 weeks and in the NICU for 3 weeks. She was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 15 months old, but she doesn't let it stop her and is determined to keep up with her siblings! She has the best smile on the planet and is my sweet and feisty little warrior!
